Our focus is the custom home market along with small commercial projects.  We also bring several energy efficient ideas along with our work which include low energy usage specialty lighting, dimming and lighting control systems, solar hot water systems, and solar electric systems.  We know that your utmost satisfaction is priority number one and look forward to working with you well into the future.

ABOUT OUR TEAM

Lifetime Development consists of a powerful construction team that has over 75 years of combined experience ranging from small renovation projects up to multi-million dollar commercial and residential projects.

Marisa McDaniel is a General Contractor with over 30 years of extensive construction experience ranging from small projects up to multi-million dollar custom residences.  She has been able to run these projects from behind the scenes as well as in the field.  Her detail oriented management style and years of Project Management experience will insure a smooth and budget friendly project.

Eric Capranica is a General Contactor with over 25 years of extensive experience in Custom Home Design Build Projects.  This experience has seen him through several hundred Custom and Semi Custom Home Projects,  Smaller Commercial Projects, and over 135 Million in land acquisition and Development Projects.  Eric employs a hands-on attitude and understands the value of getting a project completed in a timely fashion.

Justin McDaniel is an Electrical and Solar Contractor with over 20 years of extensive experience in Electrical and Solar Energy Contracting fields.  Much of his experience is in the high-end custom market with many clients relying on his extensive electrical and lighting design knowledge.  He brings extensive knowledge of Green Energy Design Practices as well as Solar Power Technology to all of our contracting projects.
